I was ready to pull out my textbook over seeing one hundred and twenty two carbon molecules for egg yolks when I came across the PSA section of the post.

Out of curiosity, what is the chemical makeup of egg yolks?

That I do not know of the top of my head it isn’t exactly something that is used a lot in chemistry Glucose is however. I can look it up for you if you would like though. It might be in my textbook somewhere.
