Aw thanks. I found this https://codesandbox.io/ ?
I’ve only used Codecademy so I’m not very familiar with other Editors. :joy:

@RpQueen

This is what the code for a margin looks like!

p {
  margin-top: 100px;
  margin-bottom: 100px;
  margin-right: 150px;
  margin-left: 80px;
}

You can also just use margin and it should apply to all 4.

Weird… okay. For now it’s okay if you just copy paste your code to the forums for us to look at. But you’ll need one later so, I’ll figure out a way for you to get one. Lol. Weird. It said that an account with that email already existed :sweat:

Is it still possible to join this as a student? I know a few things about coding (I’m studying in it) however I’m the worst of my class and I just wanna get better.

This could be a great exercise for me :heart: I know that the due day is tommorow but I feel like I could make it so if there is still room? Also if it’s possible for me to join would you mind explaining what you mean with paragraph? Like a story about something ? (Sorry for the question it’s just that I wanna do it right and English is not my first language)

Of course you can join! Sounds awesome!

Okay, so with paragraph we meant a piece of text. It could be about yourself but it could also be about something entirely different. :slight_smile:

So we would like to see two paragraphs, so not one continues text but two. (I’m the worst at explaining, English isn’t my first language either.)

@RpQueen

body {
 background-image: url("paper.gif");
 background-color: #cccccc;
}

You can read about the background image property here:

Paragraphs are a type of text on the page. I think we’re just looking for at least two of those, rather than any particular text length requirement.

Hey! How do I add a footer and a forum name?

3 Likes

You can add/display your forum name with a h1 tag or a p tag if you rather would like that.

Here’s a footer example:

<footer>
  <p>Author: Hege Refsnes</p>
  <p><a href="mailto:hege@example.com">hege@example.com</a></p>
</footer>

You can read more here:

Just add the forum name like any other text! It just lets us check out and identify your work.
