Welcome to the Gladiator Challenge!
What is this?
It’s a sports event. Everyone can join a team and once each team has enough members we’ll start. The goal is to collect as many points as possible for the team over the duration of a week! How to gain points? By doing exercises! How the points will be given out are down below.
- 1 point for 10 reps
- 1 point for 5 min
- 1 point for 200 steps (NOT 10!)

Rules & info
- The team member with the most points at the end of the week will become the team leaders next week (if they want to).
- The push-ups has to be on toes, not knees!
